NeighborScope aggregates data from government and public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Crime statistics may lag by 1-2 years. Flood zone data should not be used as a substitute for official FEMA flood determinations. Always verify critical information with official sources before making real estate or financial decisions.
NeighborScope presents demographic data (income, age, language) as neutral US Census facts — the same data used by researchers and journalists. This data is provided for informational purposes only. NeighborScope does not endorse any use of this data that would violate the Fair Housing Act or any applicable anti-discrimination law. Users may not use NeighborScope to steer, discriminate, or make housing decisions based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
Sex offender registry data is provided via links to official government registries (NSOPW.gov). NeighborScope does not maintain its own registry and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party registry data. This data must not be used to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase. Cancel anytime via your account settings.
The NeighborScope name, logo, and composite neighborhood scoring methodology are the property of SnapOwner LLC. Underlying data belongs to respective government and public sources.
SnapOwner LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of NeighborScope, including but not limited to real estate decisions made based on data displayed in the app. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
